WHAT WE OFFER
THIS IS YOUR DAY
All wedding bookings include private lobby space with separate entries, beautifully decorated bridal suites with personal restrooms, a complimentary menu tasting and a variety of customizable menu options.
The wedding packages have been designed in such a way that they offer all of the necessities that you would need when planning a wedding – a one-stop-shop!
PACKAGE INCLUSIONS
The package pricing is inclusive of hall rental, elevated stage(s), unique interchangeable backdrop(s), modern receiving tables, wait staff, bartender(s), standard open bar services, champagne toasting, silver chiavari chairs, coloured damask table linens, coloured napkins and dance floor. Parking is also included free-of-charge.
Most importantly, we detail all weddings free-of-charge! All of the coordination is done in-house – from selecting the menu to creating an itinerary for the wedding reception. Best of all, the owner, Danuta Bartoszek, is the on-site point of contact for the entire duration of the event. Our clients are in the best of hands from start to finish, and we have the reviews to prove it!
AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT
Millennium Gardens first opened its doors in January of 2014. The beauty of building from the ground up is that we were able to incorporate all top-of-the-line A/V equipment. The ceilings are 18 ft. high and feature mounted projector screens, projectors, pin-spot lighting, moving heads, hazers and surround-sound speakers that connect to our cordless microphones and sub-woofers. As a result, cables and wires do not impose on the appearance of the space. In fact, it’s the opposite! Our A/V, such as the wireless up-lights and pin-spots, only add to the aesthetics of the space by colour-washing the walls and enhancing the look of centrepieces.
The speakers and cordless microphones work in a similar way so that you can present speeches without a care in the world – you can move around freely on the dance floor or present your speech against our incredible backdrop.
But presenters, beware! Our speakers are surround-sound so your audience will be listening even in the lobby and restrooms!
Perhaps the best part is that the in-house A/V team runs the equipment so that vendors don’t have to! In saying that, it is important to note that the vendors are purely selected by YOU as we do not impose any entertainment teams on behalf of the Customer. Each event is as unique as you want it to be, and this means that the DJ and/or band should be the Client’s choice!

The way we see it, each guest’s needs are important – and if there’s one thing we know about etiquette, it’s that a guest should never be left waiting for his/her meal based on the fact that it differs from the rest. For this reason, one of our top policies since DAY ONE has been that we serve the entire table simultaneously – regardless of the varying special meal requests!
At Millennium Gardens, we pride ourselves on using FRESH produce. Therefore, it is quite simple for us to customize menus and ultimately, to accommodate any special dietary requests. In fact, we accommodate gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian and vegan.
If you’ve got a food allergy, we’ll make sure we get to know a bit more about it so that we can best plan your menu and prepare your food in a way that is safe for you (or your guests)!
